SinnenGreen & Associates' commercial division is headed by partner James Burok, MAI, and specializes in a wide variety of commercial valuation assignments, including office buildings, business and retail buildings, and special-purpose properties.
James earned a degree in Business Finance from Old Dominion University, where he pitched for the baseball team and was a four-time Academic All-American. He was drafted by the Colorado Rockies and played two seasons in their organization. After his playing career he earned his Certified General appraiser license in 2010 and his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2014.
