SinnenGreen & Associates strongly supports strict enforcement of the laws against dishonest and incompetent appraisers. Under HUD's program, appraisers must pass a comprehensive examination and HUD reviews each applicant's past performance before placing them on the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Roster of Approved Fee Appraisers.
Every one of our appraisers has passed the examination and is on the FHA Roster.
