Served 32 years in Federal Service, including US Navy, and Postal Inspection Service, and ended his career as the Director of the Economic Crime Unit at Interpol. In 2004 joined Sinnen-Green as an Appraiser and in 2005 was licensed by state of Virginia as a Residential Appraiser in 2006 was credentialed as a Certified Residential Appraiser and in 2009 opened up the Northern Virginia Office of Sinnen-Green, which now includes 5 Sinnen-Green appraisers serving all of Northern Virginia.
